Getting an appointment is so hard. The last few times we've needed an appointment we've been in a queue for around half an hour and not even moved down the list. Receptionists do not like answering the phone. The doctors however, perfect. Always manage to help with whatever is wrong. Just a shame the Receptionists let the surgery down..

Good GP`s, profesional, willing to listen and follow up and test results; reception is a joke (to put it very light), rood, unprofesional, not even introducing themselfs, giving and atittude over the phone. having to wait for 20-30 minutes to get an answer and at the first hello it hangs up - after another 20 minutes was told need to call tomorrow as is on the day appoitment (but they can book 1-2 week appotiment for vaccines non-covid) when informed i was told to call by the GP they informed me if it is urgent go to a walk-in or call 999 (again with an atitudine) the booking system is a joke - WE ARE ALL WORKING we can not run the day by their mood; one of the nurses giving a bit atitude when having to drop off some samples; COVID has tooken peoples mind and souls.

You have to listen to 2 minutes of painstakingly slow read outs every time you call the line. Waiting times are out of control, seems to be over 10 minutes just to get through.
