Dr Vij you're very unprofessional with your patients. You made me feel very uncomfortable when talking about sensitive issues. When explaining the reasons to why we have come to see you unfortunately you do not want to hear any of it, you seem to think the patient is rude. Your approach is discusting and you're not fit to be a doctor with your attitude. However I do think you're in the wrong profession. Your attitude says it all. Really wish there was a closer surgery elsewhere. I must say all other doctors and nurses are lovely including the receptionists, very helpful.

lady Dr vij will keep u waiting for so long for no reason and she is rude too dose not listen at all.

I am happy with their services. However some Reception staff are not helpful and keen to just close the window. But the doctors are very helpful. Overall happy.

I'm sorry only that I cant give 0 stars. Doctor Vij the "lady" is very rude and racist. The other doctors are nice and polite but she is extremely racist. She kept telling me to go back in my country without any reason. And I'm not the only one who has complaints about her behaviour not fit for a real doctor.

for a booking should i wait 2 weeks....not recomended

Very and unprofessionally I go 50 times but there is no appointment. Day even no answer to calls.

Last time I gave it a 1 star. Doing another review after a while and no improvement. In fact its gone worse! Tried booking an appointment as they are so hard to book these days. Called in when they are supposed to be open. Then after a long voice message, I get told they are closed! Pathetic! Something should be done about all the rubbish gp surgeries. They are running on our money!

Such a horrible GP practice lady called Farzana she was stuck up I was crying in pain and she didn’t even care just kept repeating medication I’m on. I’m so put off everytime she calls her attitude stinks. What’s the point being clinician if you don’t even care, robotic tone . Really horrible experience.

Receptionists are rude, and lack compassion. Managers are highly incompetent, and dodge all of their managerial duties. The only few good doctors are always busy, but to get to them anyway, you have to go through the receptionists who never answer the phone.

Dr Vij, She's so great I just want to thank her for listening and understanding the pain I had and thanks her for putting me on so many different examination even though some ladies at reception are kind rude but thats okay I understand sometimes they're just busy and we are all only humans.
