Have been with this practice for 47 years and remained with them even when i was out of the normal catchment area. Have experienced brilliant service from all the different doctors and staff over the years so do not want to change surgeries. Have heard many bad stories from other people about other local surgeries. They are busy and you do occasionally experience a short wait but not excessive.

I needed an urgent telephone appointment, the admin staff were very helpful and I spoke to a doctor within a short time, who gave me good sensible advice and treatment prescribed within minutes. This really is such a good practice.

Terrible practice. They lost my records twice, one of those times when I was 7 months pregnant, and asked me if I was 'sure I belonged to that practice'. When they finally realised they had incorrectly deleted me from their system they forced me to re register both times. They are always running late, staff and extremely rude and doctors are forgetful - incorrectly filling out medical information and forcing you to chase multiple times before they do anything about it.
