this is worst place to go I assure if you would go here to register healthy you would come out sick dont go near to this place

Need to make their contact line more better and efficient so people can get through as and when.

Worst. Reception and nurse’s are disrespectful no Common sense that they are dealing with patient. I have being with this surgery since 2016 . Avoid much as positive to visit there. When I had to I visit hospital even though 5 hours waiting time in hospital. This place is is not suitable for people.

The last 11 months have been uncertain and terrifying for many people. The level of care from Dr Kapur & Partners has always been excellent and has now been moved to a much higher level altogether during the pandemic; outstanding. Everyone here has gone out of their way to listen to the patients thoroughly and compassionately, and provide a more than diligent level of care. The recent vaccine immunisation has been amazing. Everyone had smiles on their faces; this was a historic day after all, and the vaccinations were given with military precision and timing, making sure that everyone was adequately distanced and felt safe. Well done everybody !

Not recommend rude and racist receptionist very arrogant no help, no attention, completely zero tolerance!

Overall experience very bad. Rang at 10.30am to arrange appointment with GP, receptionist told have to call tomorrow at 8am. Refused to book appointment at urgent basis. Only after calling 111 receptionist was forced to book appointment in 2h time. Very rude attitude as well.

Awful customer service, completely unprofessional and an extremely rude, intolerant, arrogant receptionist who was oblivious to her own behavior and had the filthy behaviour of lying about me and my wife's situation directly to the face of her colleague. I was banned from there for confronting her, I only treated her a fraction of the way she treated me and my family. Not all the staff are bad, just the receptionist who is bringing down the reputation of the GP, she expected me to go out of my way for simple services she was meant to provide herself. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
