Iv been a patient here for nearly 7 months, I have 3 - appointments, two running over an hour late and one already running 30 minutes late. The first two appointments were a nightmare because they didn't have most of my medical notes ( by the second appointment I'd been at the practice six months). I was spoken to patronising by the doctor who, after I said I had asked them to chase missing notes on my previous appointment, told me this wasn't their fault as notes were supplied by a private company and I should worry as some people have to wait over a year for notes ( I'm an asthmatic, they didn't know what medication I was on). I'm grateful that Iv just moved to another town and will be switching doctors immediately. In fairness reception staff were always polite and helpful. Usually a two Week wait for an appointment. Waited 2 months to see the asta nurse.
