It's hard to book an appointment (phone call) with Dr Bano, so I had to try solving my problem with Dr Agarwal. During the phone call all he did was to adopt a defensive attitude, treating me like an intruder looking 'to use the system'. He's not willing to listen, concluding that I don't need any medical assistance. If you try to explain the symptoms, he'll say ''make it short''... of course you cannot jump to any conclusions, giving him a 'hint', trying to show some respect, which gives him the opportunity to conclude that you're all good. I felt disrespected, treated like an intruder, although I'm a tax payer, and I've never used NHS, during the 9 years I lived and worked in the UK. Absolutely disappointing.

The receptionist is so rude. I tried to book an appointment but she denied to book it for me. She shouldn’t work there to serve the customer.

The lady on the phone was very rude . She was not interested to book me an appointment with GP. This is not only one time it happens several times to me!! They need more training how handle a patient!!!!!
