Been with this doctors for 38 year's out lived two of my doctors. I'm more that happy and I wouldn't change to another doctor's now.
It took me 15 minutes of constant calling in the morning to get an appointment at 7.40 to be seen by the most incompetent doctor I have ever seen! I think he was on a power trip. I was told that before my mums leg gets worse he will not give a referral although shes was not able to walk on even sleep at night. A nurse practitioner has said that the leg needs a referral ASAP the doctor said he's not a gp. When I said that the Doctor at the A&E said that the leg needs attention and to be seen by a specialist he told me not to argue with me. I am not a person to argue but we was just rude. A doctor should be there for people not against them. He said that nothing will be done until it gets worse but I said that mum is not able to work or even sleep he again said not to argue with him. I was overall happy with this surgery but Dr. O Kalu is far the worst I have seen. Avoid at any cost he will only waste your time and boil your blood.
My initial practice meeting with the nurse Sue Brown was fab. She made me feel really welcome and was extremely friendly. Receptionists are good too.
In my experience, the Receptionist at the surgery, has always been extremly helpful and treated my enquiries in a respectful and professional manner.
No good service at all. They are trained to say no or we all booked.
Absolutely appalling !!!! we called this morning (Tuesday 14th December) for our 1 year old daughter who is screaming in pain with chicken pox. The receptionist told us they would make it a priority appointment we have called 3 times throughout the day and was assured we would have a doctor contact us today. The surgery is now closed without even a call to say we couldn't get your daughter an appointment. I will be making it my duty tomorrow to get out of this abysmal practice as its not the 1st time this has happened to us. And will also be contacting who ever is in charge to express my disgust. Anybody reading this and thinking about becoming a patient here save yourself the hassle and please go somewhere elese
After moving into a new home in the area, I registered at this practice a couple of years ago. I can honestly say that the staff have always been really lovely. The GP’s and ANP’s (Especially Naume!) are really helpful. The receptionist’s have to deal with so much and are completely swamped but they still go out of their way to help. They really are lovely. Thank you all. 🙂
Having recently downloaded the NHS app. I noticed that there are a few things on my record that needs updating. I emailed the practise and received a reply very quickly. The response was prompt, friendly and helpful. Thanks very much Mr. Imteyaz Sheikh and Zoe.
Zoe at bell green is an incredible lady so helpfull went above & beyond I am waiting for a hip replacement Opperation getting no help until Zoe stepped in I can never thank her enough she is a star u r so lucky to hav hit
I've been a patient ALL my life here.Lived USA & returned thru own choice.Unfortunately, I've an extremely serious injury I did, working in the care field i love so much. I'll never be able to return. I've serious spinal nerve damage & degenerative osteo arthritis.Crippled in pain. Fragility anxiety are extreme.I hope to recover. So I'm in need of my surgery's care & their support. To add to my situation life,I've had to be extremely transient. Leaving my home, for another, ending up staying at.For reasons of a very serious, sensitive health family nature. And bubble.I've moved twice. I'm in another temp home, while i'm in this condition.Being transient is probably reason for my serious nerve damage injury. Tbh, It's nrly ruined my life, On "massive" level.Life's stopped.Feel trapped. It's "EXTREMELY" painful. Quite the understatement, when it hurts wen you try to walk. "LOCKDOWN?" I'm still in it 24/7.Try not being able to even walk.Go outside of one's bedroom.Where the ONLY scent of fresh air, comes from my window sill. It's agony mostly pyschically, but mentally too. My osteo arthritis absolutely cripples me in pain .Like many, Wary of hospital ,UNTIL I have the needed surgery.Dr's have made it, so i'm at least safe & as comfortable' as I can be,in my own home & space. I've just a few wks to go & wait for my Urgent MRI scan to help my surgery along. Thanks in particular, to to Dr's Kalu & Haider. They completely understand my over complex health needs & my horrid situation. My daily struggle is living this way.But they accomodate wenever i have to reach out for help. I can't do this on my own. As GP's, they're very humanistic & empathetic in their approach. The Dr's cover & scale a massive geographical wide area here. They're ALL a highly run efficient & experienced team. The sweet Receptionists Linda,Julie,Margaret Clare all so kind, empathetic, helpful with a smile in their voices. I tell "anyone" home or abroad, to join this *exceptional* Princewill Practice, the Managers WHOLE TEAM & I should know how exceptional, I had a gynachologist & Neurologist in America. They're ALL far more deserving than people realise.I wouldn't wish their over demanding work hours onto anybody, it seems beyond super human at times..Bless & "Thank You All". Michelle.
