Absolutely terrible. Doctors and Nurses are rude, can’t get you out the door quick enough. Really bad at getting back to you with blood test results and fail to get to the bottom of every situation. Just tried to call to cancel my next appointment, no-one picked up for a whole hour. Please go elsewhere

Despite being incredibly busy with the current situation, the Receptionist generously fitted me in a phone consultation, the excellent GP was incredibly professional & helpful, after 30 mins I was at the Pharmacy collecting a prescription. Well done Broomfield MC & Pharmacy- amazing joined up care.
