Dr P Moyo – Longsight Medical Practice manchester

The Doctors are amazing from the retired Mr. Moyo. Dr Khan and the amazing Dr. Ahmad. Too bad one of the girls who desperately needs training at the front desk is being ignored by the secretary and she'd rather kick out long term patients than to resolve issues.

Not to bad can be a bit of a wait. Receptionist are friendly.

Very rude people specially Adele she is a very arrogant women and ill-mannered she dose not know how to speak to patients I really don't know why she is not been sacked, Doctor's are really nice but they need to train the staff and that is the reason I am giving one star to this surgery.

Worst Surgery ever. Poor customer service. Stay away from this place!! I am sorry that I am rating this surgery with 1 star because there's no any option for 0 stars.

Worst surgery ever. Never attend phone calls. Always fully booked. Half days on Wednesdays are completely pointless ! Phones always busy. Worst worst worst. And doctors never in.

This is my doctors surgery, since 7/8 yrs it was very good service to patients who needed app, through out the day , now it's 10 times harder to get 1 appointment in weeks if it lucky

I don’t understand how this system works??? It’s ridiculous… if you need an appointment you need to call in the morning… but the phone is forever busy… and by any luck if you get through nobody picks the call… how are we supposed to get a doctor’s appointment like this??? It’s supposed to be an emergency appointment but if we have to keep ringing for hours and we still don’t get an appointment what are the patients going to do…???? So many bad comments and bad reviews.. why isn’t anyone doing anything about it…?????!!!!

I dont know if anyone there for checking on receptionist behaviours and manners? She just want to put phone down and ignore you. They don't listen and keep saying call in tge morning.. And then saying no call after 2 pm. I hope she will get sick and she is going to face same behaviour from her local GP

I wish if I could give them _0.00 because they are useless and radicals recist receptionists they make me ring them always instead booking an appointment for me or my family and still no booking available why no idea.
