Unfortunately I have/suffer from bipolar, quite heavily medicated and the care of a good psychiatrist. Even so I'm not fully functioning again yet but I hope to be again. I've mentioned my meds consultant but another important part of my care are the personal at. Dr Mills and Partner Proctor Street/Road especially the manager of the back office, the secretaries at the front desk ( I'm sorry i don't remember specific names) ah i remember the brilliant Dr. Peters. I've turned up at the door step of the surgery (Proctor) road in some states unfortunately due to not being on my meds, being psychotic, ordering my meds. Thank you to those I've mentioned and apologies to those I've missed out. The surgery is a safe place for me when things feel I overwhelmed. The front desk personal have been nothing less than life saving for me at times. Thank you. Which doesn't seem enough. Dr. Peters thank you for putting up with me going in and on at times and understanding my particular issues. The most important thing is you all seem to come across friendly kind and most importantly you give the distinct impression you listen even though your busy Thank you for doing your job to an excellent standard. Thank you.

I am diabetic and order my medicine online every month, for six months my Prescription never was in time because they never send it electronically to the pharmacy every time I have to personally go to the reception and ask why my Prescription from the Medication was not sent to the pharmacy and each I have to take a day off from work to check what the problem is. I'm not happy with the service at all.

I have had so many health issues lately I feel like a part of the furniture, the girls on reception, the nurses and health assistants have all been really good. Dr Peter has been amazing, always listens and is so understanding, 5 stars from me. Thank you to all.

5 years ago it would be 5 star but now since they have done the walk in clinic it's getting worse and worse. Doctors are rushing to get another 'pacient' in and due to that cannot give proper advice to people. Waiting time is excessive and some of the doctors are more than rude.

I have recently undergone treatment for cancer and I have to say I have no complaints about this Practice. I have felt reassured and have not experienced anything other than help when needed. The staff at the Practice have always been courteous and the medical team have provided me with excellent care at all times. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication during these difficult times.

Dr Peter is the only good thing about this surgery. Receptionist are stuck up busy bodies that don’t update records correctly or book appointments correctly …. Full re train is needed. Shocking service. I’d be ashamed to be associated with working there in all honesty. Try employing nicer and more capable staff.

I was told I had no further action to be taken after a blood test but later found out I should of had a lifestyle changes chat as my blood suger was pre-diabetic and full diabetic after 2 years of continuing the same lifestyle. I rang this morning to get an appointment then when they asked my reason and my name they slammed the phone down I had painful blisters and itchy skin I've just got through to them as I'm typing and again the lady slammed the phone after saying phone got cut off and I managed to make you an appointment and when I said when she said no need to be rude and cut the phone off I was calm and polite and have the recording on the conversation.

I currently have an issue with my ear, I rang but was told there are no more appointments, not even emergency appointments (they didn't even take my name) I explained I was in a lot of pain and was told to ring 111, I rang 111 they told me to tell DR I had to be seen within 2 hours. so back to ringing the GP again, I was rung back by Nigel who sent me Optimize by prescription, this still hasn't worked 5 days later and I now can't hear. I have several medical issues, but I can never discuss more than 1. I have difficultly calling at 8 am, therefore I can never get an appointment. I have wanted to discuss my general health since before Covid as often I do not have quality of life, but never get the opportunity. Individual health issues go untreated (except for repeat script) or I go to chemist who often say I need to see the GP as I cannot get over counter meds, due to meds I'm on. My mother refers to it as the caring health service, personally I feel Highfield Health centre id a business that makes money, sadly CARING has long been left forgotten
