Bought two memory cards for an old iMac to do up as a project earlier this year. The computer didn't recognise either of them, even though the website said they were compatible with that model, so I emailed their support who never bothered getting back to me.

I had to call and check whether what I was thinking of ordering would work in my computer. Lady I spoke to was very helpful. Memory arrived within 48 hours and I fitted it myself. The website made it easy for me to order the right thing. Simple to fit. Normally I would've lugged my computer to the local PC repairers and paid over the odds. Happy customer. My dad ordered a PC on Saturday 30th January 2021 and he got something saying it would be delivered Tuesday 2nd February 2021 and it still hasn't been delivered??

Ok, so I ordered two sticks of RAM and received one today-give credit where it is due-new, not tampered with, ordered on Friday and received today-so fast-unlike the one stick I received. Phoned up, no apology-no f... all-we are having shipment issues-Ok fair enough-but at least try to be friendly-asked for a confirmation e-mail and f.... all... Not very reassuring, at all-
