Doctors are good here with what they do they give you good reassurance and help you as much as they can. As for the reception team don’t think I have anything good to say about them they are very intimidating rude with how they speak to patients and most of the time think they know what’s up with you and what you need!.

Been at this doctors for several years. Initially very good, but they have deteriorated dramatically. Most recently contacted them to get an urgent letter about my asthma history for international work. I was advised wrongly by the reception of how to obtain the letter, resulting in a significantly higher charge. I had to wait several days until the doctor was in (Friday). The letter was very brief and did not contain all the information I needed. Called back Monday and told I need to wait until Wednesday for the doctor to be back in. All I needed was a letter to say I'm not on medication and haven't been for X amount of time.

Dont bother trying to get earl or emergency appointment. There seems to be only one doctor working. Dr Withers is excellent if you can get any appointment to see him. They need to get more doctors, its not rocket science. Sign in reception says "Sorry for delays we are trying to recruit more medical practitioners?" sign has been there for months. Obviously not trying hard enough.

The receptionists are really rude, I rang to try and get and appointment and was told "as a patient at the doctor's I should know that I wouldn't have got an appointment at this time and needed to ring back tomorrow".

Under such pressures but I have always been seen in good time or advised over the phone. Even from reception (as they just take instruction from the GP / Nurse, for those wanting a moan at them) I’ve been with them for years and years.
