Surprised by the poor reviews especially towards reception staff. They are only doing their job and under difficult circumstances too. I have found them only ever pleasant and helpful. It is not their fault they are so busy and no appointments free that day. Doctor A.Frain is my favourite Doctor she is so understanding and takes the time to do a thorough check up ( hence why she is always behind by an hour ) I had a lady recently who was so kind and chatty makes all the difference.

This is a good, professional and friendly place for childrens and adults orthotics. They use system of appointment as priority to be seen. The staff are really friendly and attentive to your need. Highly recommended for families with children with disabilities. Well worth a visit.

This is the worst GP practice I have ever known. You can never get any appointment. I called 8:07am, at 8:20am i was number 8 on the queue. At 8:25am the phone started ringing and no one pick the call until 8:30am, then i was told no more appointment and i should called back the following day. Meanwhile i had called 3 times previously and at 8:30am they will tell you no more appointment. It is very frustrating. I work in healthsector and i am aware the system is stretched. My issue with this practice is, how many slots do they have in a day? I think the management of this practice needs to look inward and put the care of their patients at the centre of what they do.

I'm surprised by some of the poor reviews. I've had to attend both here and the Spondon surgery on several occasions in the past few months & have received excellent service & care from receptionist, nurses and doctors. Most recently, from initial morning telephone consultation, I saw the Doc the afternoon of the same day.
