One of the worst service I have seen in my entire life. Putting you on hold for more than 90 minutes

One of the worst service I have seen in my entire life. Putting you on hold for more than 90 minutes. When connected no appointments at all. It was better service on 2019 but since they don’t care. They don’t want to see the Patients at all.
