I've seen a lot of negativity for the practice. Yes it's hard to get an answer due to a busy line. Yes it's hard to get an appointment, but must of this is due to covid. I've never had an issue in my 6 years going to the practice. The staff are always very helpful and Dr Khan is always a pleasant man to see, albeit that's been a while again due to covid. Its such a busy practice to get an answer when calling, but just try and try till it's not a busy line peoples, you will get through. And the staff deal with hassle and cheeky people everyday I'm sure, remember that, so be nice and they will be courteous in return.
