Well. Where to start? Being given a prescription for my child that would possibly have killed him. Had I not asked a friend (who is a Dr) to check it I dread to think of the consequences. The Dr who filled out the prescription apologised [and insisted that a review would be undertaken and further safety measures put in place to prevent this happening again], but then said a rather flippant 'the chemist staff would have noticed the mistake'. What if, like the Dr who made the mistake, a staff member at the chemist also made a mistake?
Waiting for a phone call to be answered at 10.30 took 16 minutes;
Waiting in the waiting room 20-30 mins after your appointment time (almost every time).
Thankfully I don't need to go that often.
However, the nurses, ESP's and Dr's I have seen have been excellent, once you get to see them.
On the whole though, the overall system and the very serious mistake made warrant a poor review at this time.
