Dr M Garala coventry

Aught to be barred from practice. Since Dr Garala retired it's become the worst practice in the region. Takes a week to get an appointment even an emergency. Once we got an appointment for a skin condition we were given a prescription for a cream. At home it turns out a prescription for head lice with a free comb! Back to the surgery and given the apparently correct solution (along with the 2nd costs) and instructions of application totally at odds with those on the instructions. If you value your life avoid the Vodind at all costs.

Never have any appointments, called 3 times this week and twice the week before and no appointments just keep getting told to ring back everyday. Staff are always rude. :)

I have only ever had the highest professional treatment from the Drs and support staff at this practice. I have been a patient there for a decade. It is the best practice I have ever been registered with. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
