Husband & I have used this private GP practice for over a decade. The ease of getting quick appointments on demand is perfect when you are self-employed & can't afford to lose work. Never been anything other than impressed with treatment & speed of any referrals. Don't mind paying for such quality care.

Very unhappy with Dr Kelly and Associates service. Went there to see a doctor about my ear infection (paid £67 fee charge). After the infection didn't clear and I had to phone them back in a week time and was told that I will have to pay £67 again. Basically, they charge you every time you see a doctor, even if its about the same issue that doctor could not resolve in a first place. Better to go to a private service that doesn't charge for the follow up visits. No need to say, its just a simple ear infection and not an open heart surgery.
