The receptionist was very helpful and kind. She gave me the forms to preinscrip me in the GP. I was surprised because in Cardiff Bay Surgery required me to present a facility bill but here only require my passport if I'm European or my residence's document.

Is not the first time having bad experience with this surgery. I always been happy with the previous ones but this one I think is the worst. Nothing to say about doctors they are and they been excellent but till you get to them always we had issues ( the ladies are not nice at all). For example today I know is after Christmas and most of the people is off but is not possible to have the phone line open trying to call for appointment waiting more than 10 min and they shut the call. And at the end going there in person to see that is close and online looks open. And people there the same coming for prescription because they got message to come today just to see they are closed.

This Medical Practice is very helpful and reception nurses and doctors work so hard. Always try to help and even when they are overrun you can fill in a e-consult form on line and the doctor will get back to you the same day 🙂

Terrible place. They make it so hard to get your prescription even though its attached to a pharmacy. They avoid the phone and will even send you through the options 2 - 3 times instead of answering or they just don't answer. They stop your medication at the drop of a hat and good luck getting that going again. I am currently struggling for breath due to this doctors incompetence from a month ago, and I can't even get anyone on the phone.to sort out my asthma pumps. If you don't value your health this is the surgery for you.
