Firstly if there were minus stars to give I would give them. I have been a patient of this this practice since I was a child. This surgery as the last person said is a complete joke. The receptionist I have just spoken to was rude and abrupt and totally uncaring as well as not being able to listen to what I said to her. I actually only wanted to speak to a nurse for some advice and was told theres nothing left today!!?? What do they mean by nothing left today? I only want to speak to someone for advice. Apart from being rude and abrupt, all she would say is go to the walk in centre, go the walk in centre. As I am lying in bed unwell how the hell can I do that??? They may have a lovely new building however the attitude, rudeness, abruptness and lack of care and concern by people answering the phone is a disgrace.
