After a sudden first time attack of Atrial Fibrillation, I got an emergency appointment with my GP and was referred to the ambulatory care of the RUH. On both ends, I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the NHS people. The diagnosis was state-of-the-art and the consultation was clear, thorough, and reassuring. This unfortunate episode made me believe, that Britain is still world-class in some fields. No doubt the NHS tops the list.

It all went very well and I was amazed at how smoothly the whole process was dealt with. I thought it would hurt but I truly did not feel a thing! I was in and out within 15 minutes (because I was not driving), the doctors, nurses and ushers were so nice and friendly. Five star recommendations all round
