Went to farrow to get a referral... while In the apiontment the doctor proceeded to google where to go and how to diagnose it, I had to explain to the doctor that she needed to refer me and she told me she didn’t think there was any service available... okay... she also asked me to bring in some paperwork to back up my claim. After bringing this paperwork in and spending a lot of time working on an essay, she is still ringing me for it, and it appears the receptionist has lost it..... baring in mind this is after the receptionisnt told us there were no apiontments for 4 weeks and that I had to come into a drop in session, only to be told while in the drop in session that I shouldn’t have come, and it turns out there were appointments? All in all, doctors are useless and will google what to do in front of you. And the receptionist are the biggest bunch of incapable morons I have yet to witness. However farrow refuses to recognise these faults and will continue to try and lie, instead of admitting fault and doing something to try make it better.

I have been joined with this practice for a long time. I have been to other surgeries but none can compare to this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful and doctors are very good. I've never had a problem here. They have their own pharmacy which is a bonus. Always kept clean and tidy.

Very very disappointed with Farrow medical staff. My sister had cancer few years back very hopefull that operations has moved all the cancer. Just before Covid national lockdown she started having pain in her stomach so approached her GP who suggested a referal for ultrasound which only took place on 7th October and she was suppose to get results in a week but every time she phones it's always call back end of the week. My sister rang people who done the ultrasound and they have said they will for the second time send results to Farrow medical center. This is not a case just got missed, my sister been on the phone chasing for the results and I know that if the staff only chased the results my sister would have got her results by now. Shambles had to give them 1 star so could leave this review.

Absolutely brilliant practice, the patient is of the utmost importance in this practice and they make you feel it so. The admin staff are highly trained and professional, the GPs are the best and highly trained medical professionals. You can see any GP and they will make you feel like they’ve known you and your condition for years. They even have weekend appointments for those who work long hours and cannot make it in the weekday, there is absolutely nothing negative you can pick at about this practice. The best thing in Bradford, and I’m ecstatic that I moved to this surgery, just one down point, wish I had moved surgeries earlier had I known about the top quality patient care that Farrow delivers.
