Doctor is lovely but that's it.. My son had an appointment at 1.30pm and by the time we were done and left it was 6.30pm. 5 hours waiting in a carpark with kids, not realistic!!! Don't understand why they make appointment times if they are always running so far behind. Checked in at 1.30pm only to wait a further 2 hours to be seen by the nurse then having to wait another 2 hours to see the doctor. Appointments aren't cheap here so to be paying specialist prices but getting this service is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time Ive been and all 3 times had to wait pathetic amounts of time.

I took my elderly 90 year old father to Dr Jerry yesterday. My dad previously was a patient for years but moved away from the area to be near me on the Central Coast. Two other eye surgeons have commented on the beautiful job Dr Jerry performed on Dad's cataracts, his work is exceptional. We just couldn't get that quality, friendly level of service from other eye professionals so we now travel an hour back to see Dr Jerry. He is worth the trip.

Doctors and staff are lovely but the wait time is horrible. The shortest time I’ve had to wait is 1 hour 15 mins. Longest time was 2 hours 40 mins. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend this place, especially for young kids.

Wait times are rediculous. They either need to accept less patients or expand their staff because the experience with the wait time was horrible. Especially a few hours waiting with a 12 month old baby- not realistic they expect a baby to wait so long.

Wait times are forever! It doesn't matter what time of the day you go you are still waiting well over an hour. There is no information when you arrive to give you a heads up that they are running behind. It's beyond a joke especially with the $130 fee you have to pay as well

My GP referred me to Toronto Eye Surgery with an inflamed eye that was not responding to medication. I was given an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly, service was efficient and professional. I was very pleased to have my problem resolved.

The wait time at this place is terrible. Dr Hughie runs ridiculously late and kids and babies are here waiting hours past 6.30pm. No where else to go with their books open so we’re basically at their mercy. It would be tolerable if the admin people were nice - but they’re grumpy too which is understandable as the doctors put them in this difficult position of having unhappy customers. Find somewhere else.

Thank you Dr Jerry for changing my life and restoring my eyesight. Dr Jerry is a brilliant Doctor and one of the best specialist I have ever come across. He is very knowledgeable and delivers exceptional care and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. The optometrist who referred me said he is one of the best in his field and I would have to agree with that. The overall experience at Toronto Eye Surgery has been exceptional. Staff are very accommodating and lovely.

Wait time leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t help when the lady on the phone is telling every new intake that it’ll only be 15 minutes. They need to get their organisation skills a bit better focused.

I saw Dr Jerry for the first time last week and was really blown away with how well the process was from entering and filling in details as a new patient, to leaving less than 2 hours later having been examined first by a technican to see standard testing and medical history consultation, then to have the actual consulation with Dr Jerry and then to have a surgical procedure. I have seen some comments on here about how long the process took, but I was advised at the time of making the appoinment that I should be prepared to be there for 2 hours, and was expecting that it would be longer, but was pleasantly surprised. Will go there again and would thoroughly recomment this medical practice.
