I have just tried to make an appointment for my wife's three months contraceptive injection and has advised that it was strange for me to be calling to make an appointment on her behalf and was advised to get her to call HERSELF and made to feel like I was doing somthing wrong ..... WHY? Terrible customer service from receptionist who spoke with an attitude
