This is the worst GP I have ever been to. The so called "doctors" change your prescriptions or reduce the quantity you normally order without notifying you. When you are ill all they care about is to give you more medications and that's it! So roll on to 2 weeks later and you are still feeling ill.... and they prescribe more prescriptions... 8 weeks later...nothing has changed...then you call them back and this time you will have to ask for a different doctor... but its fully booked because they only have one doctor that is decent of them all! How can you call them professionals? I even got told by one doctor that his colleague gave me the wrong prescription and that's why the problems that I had on my foot got worsen! All because he just guessed on his book that it was such and such... C'mon! why not refer me to a dermatologist in the first place! This issue on my foot has affected my daily life.. my work.. and everything else! Its so hard to believe that they don't even refer you to anyone else straight away unless you beg them to do so. They aren't General doctors, it's impossible to be a doctor that has a knowledge in everything. Please avoid this GP! Ps... The building beside co-op is for the gorbals GP so don't get excited about it cos its basically the same practice moving to the new building.

Absolutely disgraceful run surgery from the vile reception staff to the doctors who don’t even appear to be medically trained even to the extent they tried to take me off a medication twice which could have killed me. If I could give minus 10 I would!

Had a female doctor from here conduct a relatively intimate exam in here years ago, she had me lie on the bed facing wall, exposed from waist down, she answered her personal mobile not one but 3 times to same person, a personal call, it certainly wasn't urgent sounding, I'm just lying there backside out dying the death of embarrassment. She was rude as heck generally

I have had both parents die young from cancer and was cross questioned by a receptionist, the other day, asking me why I needed to book a smear test. I have not had one since 2018. The GP told me to book one, in the phone appointment. I did try to but had to negotiate a bargain plea with a young woman.
