All the staff at this very very busy city centre walk in health centre are absolute diamonds. I have seen for myself the verbal abuse some of these overworked and understaffed workers face from "foreign" people demanding access to our strained Health Service. I , however, cannot thank the staff here enough for all their hard work and compassion they have shown me during my time registered at this Centre and helping me get through my own troubles. These staff are like A and E staff, both medical and administration workers , on the front line of a demanding and very often abusive public and I commend all of them for their individual professionalism, patients and care they show to all walk-in and registered patients......Thank you. A credit to our treasured NHS.
