I have been coming to this clinic all of my life, so just over 30 years. The only reason I have kept coming back is due to the good advice that Dr M G Mistry has given my family and I. Apart from that, it is a very poorly run and coordinated clinic. Appointments are extremely difficult to come by. My mother has been trying to make one for months. Also, the reception staff's people skills are embarrassing. I was told by my pharmacist that I needed to talk to my GP to get a 6 month renewal for my medication. This was wrong, which may have been an honest mistake on behalf of the pharmacist. When I asked the receptionist, she sounded annoyed and told me I don't need one yet in a manner in which she was telling me off. What right she has to talk to a patient who just wanted to double check he's still got time left on his prescription is beyond me. Your reception staff need a good talking to or a clear out. Also, clean up your operational system as far as booking appointments are concerned because you are denying people help which they need. Very disappointing.
