I would rather be ill than go here. All I called to ask was if I can register there, the receptionist didn't hear me clearly despite repeating myself 3 times and then got very angry with me when I said that I lived in Sapcote not Stoney Stanton (the villages are 0.5 miles apart). She claimed that we are outside of their area. Anyway I've now registered with another GP in Stoney Stanton.

Firstly I rarely write such a negative review but after nearly a week of trying to 'get over' the latest experience with the young lady on the reception desk I feel a warning needs to be broadcasted to my neighbours in the area. The RUDEST receptionist in the West Midlands, cold, unfriendly, sarcastic, mad on power.... I would rather suffer than go here. To the point where from now on I will go to the NHS Walk In Centre and wait 5 hours to see a GP than try to contend with the hostile staff that work here. Don't ever call or ask if you need help or advice or an appointment, you will just be given dirty looks, excuses and be treated like a nuisance. Some of the staff are ok, but the young lady on the reception desk (you know who you are) lets it down for everyone. If I could vote it minus stars I would.
