The new definition of awful

1.0/ 5

This General Practitioner service is, perhaps, one of the worst run medical facilities in West Belfast; it is the very definition of Profit over patient health. Generally, the staff attitude is, at best, poor and unfriendly, and at its worst, antagonistic and highly confrontational. Phoning the surgery, for any reason, is an exercise in endurance and, if you ever get through, you’d have a better experience getting a quote from a cowboy plumber. The shocking amount of nepotism, favouritism, and preferential treatment practised at this so-called surgery is appalling; if you’re not in that clique, go to a veterinarian

I'm so old that I can remember when they used to answer their phone. 134 calls in one morning, trying to get insulin. This surgery has gone to Hell.
