Reception was small and bleak with little phone reception. I had an appointment with Orthopaedic Surgeon Mr Richard Scott-Watson for an 'expert' opinion on my injury. The meeting was fine and everything was pleasant, I was assured that the report would be written detailing my ongoing injuries and recommend chiropractic work. Instead, nearly 2 months later I'm given this report which is contradictory to basic science and anatomy, he has made reference to things in my medical notes, which aren't even in my notes?! Therefore, my case was jeopardized, I was left with a £500 bill for the report and I was no closer to getting the treatment I needed for my injury. I was in complete shock and had my solicitors send a follow up email with a few points to clarify including identifying these references in my medical notes. His office refused to explain them and that was it. I have seen three different Orthopaedic Surgeons since and each of them have been baffled by his report and how he even came to his conclusion. I now have a new report recommending me the treatment I have been waiting for for over a year. My advice to anyone looking for some 'Expert' advice from a Surgeon in Oxford, drive somewhere else. The surgeons talk rubbish and can't justify themselves. Big shout out to Mr Richard Scott-Watson who is a disgrace to the medical community
