Receptionists are very rude, it takes about 30 phone calles to answer they never have any appointmen

Receptionists are very rude, it takes about 30 phone calles to answer they never have any appointments! They give you useless advise, one doctor just went on google to give me some advise I could of done that at home instead of you wasting my time and your time just a waste of doctors, I have had to wait about half a hour for my appointment when it’s supposed to be on time! They just par you off with a load of leaflets, useless!!
