Firstly my name is Erica and I am writing this review but logged into my partners google.... Dr Ben extracted my bottom left wisdom tooth today. I had an extraordinarily case and Ben was presented with a challenge. Yes I have come out of surgery with expected pain. But there was a very big risk in suffering permanent nerve damage. My nerve remains intact and free of harm. I could tell his touch was of a fine precision. Down to a minute degree of movement. Almost to say there is an intuitive approach in his technique. When it comes to an occupation a lot of people just do their job, but I have to say Ben doesn’t just do a “job”. He does a bloody great one and has perfected it to an art! A dentist with passion. So happy and so relieved. Thank you

It was wonderful to have been looked after by Dr Benjamin Ghaly, through a mouth surgical procedure. It was so refreshing to be in the hands of a professional person who did not feel the need to tell me what to do. We discussed all aspects of the procedure and the reason I chose to go ahead with it was in large part because I felt completely respected and honoured for whatever my choice would be. Here is a man who on the surface could very well have borne an air of arrogance, he's good looking, young and trendy, and a highly qualified professional. Nothing could be further from the truth. He was kind, considerate, respectful, and gentle at all times with the surgery. If the health of our society is in the hands of young professionals like Dr Ghaly Australia faces a great future. Dr Ben Ghaly's care and attention went above and beyond any expectations and I could tell it was absolutely genuine. Our daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed under General Anesthetic and it was daunting going into the whole procedure. Dr's can be great when things go perfectly but in extenuating circumstances Ben was available for us to contact and even visit after surgery. With dry socket pain and general worry questions he made himself available for us. Even calling me 2 weeks after to check everything was okay. This is the type of care that took the fear out of the process. Now, I'm sending my husband to get his out and we know he will be in good hands too! Definitley recommend, you will see what I mean. I recently had two of my wisdom teeth out at this practice and I can't praise the procedure more. I was completely pain and panic free the entire time, the local anaesthetic was the worst part of it all- after that I had some slight discomfort with the tooth being removed but no pain. Dr Ghaly and his assistant walked me out after the surgery to make sure I got down the stairs okay, the assistant (Jenny I think her name was) was incredibly comforting and supportive during it. During my consultation about whether or not to get them out Dr Ghaly was comprehensive, not condescending at all, and made all my options very clear. If I ever need an oral surgeon before I would definitely go here and urge everyone else to.

Like most people, I was very anxious about having a tooth removed. Dr Ben and Kylie made me feel welcome and at ease from the get go. Ben's professionalism and calm demeanour put me at ease. Kylies comforting words helped me relax. The procedure was quick and painless. I was so impressed and grateful for access to such high quality health care. Highly recommended.

Had my wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Ben and his assistent Laura on Tuesday and can say it was as smooth and painless it could possibly be. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the extraction. I had a few options and I was told Ben was the best. I’m so glad I did it with him as everything went very well and the recovery is going great. Thanks Ben and Laura, you guys are awesome.

Dr Ghaly and his team were amazing! They were super gentle and reassuring, and very thorough in their care of me! Dr Ghaly went above and beyond to make sure my wisdom teeth recovery went as smoothly as possible.
