Horrible, the staff are rude and couldn't care less about you. Trying to make an appointment is near

Horrible, the staff are rude and couldn't care less about you. Trying to make an appointment is near imposable! When you do eventually do get through to someone on the phone they give you nothing but attitude. Need a new system for answering calls and new and staff. If i could give it a no star rating thats what it would get!
