Really poor customer service, can’t seem to book an appointment in advance having to call in at 8am for an appointment on the same day. Ridiculous for working individuals, the practice has gone downhill over the years to the point we are now moving practices. Really poorly managed practice and the reception staff seem very rude and disinterested.

No women GP, leading women to feel uncomfortable when it comes to general health on private parts and other parts of the body.

Been with this surgery since it opened, rearly visit the doctors, my prebooked appointment was cancelled without giving a reason, when asked the staff were rude, wanted to speak to practice manager, the staff went let me. They taking p..ss.
