The practice is mediocre, but I would recommend Dr Siddique. She is very observant and helps speed up the referral process for specialist treatment. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful, they try to arrange for the earliest appointments, although sometimes it may be fully booked for a few weeks. Would suggest the clinic employ more staff and start walk-in clinics.

My husband has had very bad experience with this surgery. Very bad customer service from reception staff. Dr Atcha never available to speak to even to book on advance. If you make a complain the practice manager Jo doesn't acknowledge it or reply to you, still waiting for a reply for nearly 1 year . Really terrible service
