Receptionist was very rude, abrupt and unhelpful, didn't listen or let me finish one sentence without speaking over me to say I'm wrong when the person clearly didn't have a clue and wasn't interested anyway. Also at times before I have tried constantly to get through to reception before 10am for several days to make an appointment and when I eventually got through I tried to raise this issue only for the unhelpful receptionist to speak over me and say well you have to keep trying constantly all morning and obviously other people have managed to get through. No wonder the reception staff here have a very bad reputation!!!

Medics at this surgery are so busy that they have no time to help their patients. I know it's covid-19 time and you fight on first line of the battle. It doesn't matter we can go in thousands to stadiums and other events. I cant see my doctor when I feel scared what happen to me. I was filled in website form as I couldn't reach surgery as all are busy. Nobody call me back to ask how I feel. As I'm a patient of this surgery I'm using walk in centre or A&E.

Neutral experience visiting the GP here. Doctors/nurses are lovely but the administrative staff are rude and abrupt. The 2 minute 5 second recorded message upon calling the surgery is too long and for long-serving patients, it is tiresome to hear every time we need to ring the surgery. You need to have an electronic system in place where patients can choose whether to listen to the recording or not. It is very frustrating.

So I had a possible sinus infection a few weeks ago which gradually got better, 3 days later I ended up poorly again to which I think is a chest infection now - as I have asthma and used to suffer with them as a child regularly. I rang the surgery up and they just told me to fill in an E consult form, then 20 mins later a doctor just text me saying ‘it is most likely viral’ didn’t even bother to ring me or anything. I feel like I’ve been neglected especially with having underlying Heath issues, I am still poorly now but no point even contacting the doctors again as they don’t want to know.
