Dr a Latunji – Ettingshall Medical Centre wolverhampton

Been at this center for about 10 months now, never had a problem getting a same day appointment and the staff have been very friendly.

Used to be a nice practice, now impossible to get an appointment the staff dont seem to know how to answer a phone either. 3 times recently when booking an appointment I have been told doctor cant see you go to a&e! Even when you go down at 8am and wait in reception to get an appointment one member of staff is on the phone and the others ignore you completely

There are no appointments available at all. If they tell you to ring at 8am, what a load of bollo€$s, you still cant get an appointment. The receptionist keeps asking what the problem is over the phone, How rude. There is no privacy at all. Stay away from this surgery. They own a few surgeries, so find out what else they own to keep away. Its run like a shambles.

I've finally moved me and my children from this surgery,disgusting service.its allways book on the day here,even though you can't get an appointment when you do call at 8,every single day.you can't even book a week or so in advance,if it's just something you need to talk about. My 5 day old baby contracted conjunctivitis and they refused to see him,later realising that they have to because of his age,but ID already taken it into my own hands. I've had doctors laugh at me,refusal of calpol for my baby after injections. Please keep away from this place.i can't even tell anyone who my children's doctor is because you never see the same one.

Unable to get appointment.. it's been over 6weeks now...I have attended walk in centre who advised I need further investigation which I have explained on phone all I get is call at 8.00am.. by the time u get through its the same ...appointments have all gone. Dreadful. I actually give up plus I popped in the other day and the surgery was empty...different to what I have been told all this time on the phone...terrible.

Health and beyond what a Joke more like beyond health and help.. Ring up at 08:00 then you listen about this covid wasting phone calls then hang up on you. Doctors these days shouldn't be paid at all they do nothing to earn there wages. If only they worked in a factory then they would know what work is like . Terrible doctors and surgery.

Just absolutely appalling, last week I contacted someone here. They finally answered after so long, receptionist says I need to call in a 8am. Just today I'm on hold to the surgery, literally on phone to them waiting 45 mins and I see one receptionist at ettingshall. I go to the centre and ask Why they're not answering their phone. According to the receptionist there, I needed to call at 9am and apparently I need to call bilston urban village for an appointment. This is seriously unacceptable behaviour and honestly really bad. I've been waiting 2 weeks now to book an appointment and it's urgent. This is a joke !!!

Utterly useless, cannot get an answer, appointment.... nothing. Records they have are incorrect. GPs do not in know what they are doing. Can't put into words how incompetent they are.

Is it me or are the doctors just bone idle? I used to consider GPs as being at the top of the community, but Health and Beyond a Joke and proved doctors are no better than solicitors. At least solicitors pay their secretaries properly unlike H&B. And this is noway me being critical of the the reception staff this is aimed squarely at the lazy so called doctors. When there is a tragedy, I hope Hell and Beyond get sued so badly that they are forced in to bankruptcy and we might get our surgery back. The reception staff are absolutely wonderful.

Waited weeks for an appointment. Had an appointment for today, a female doctor called and was extremely short with me. I couldn’t even get my questions out she would cut me off. I felt soo uncomfortable. I didn’t even get a chance to ask all of my questions as she just rushed me through the phone call and hung up, without asking if I needed anything else. I will have to look into finding a new gp.
