Whilst most doctors here are great when you have an appointment the systems and reception let them down. This will be the 4th month in a row that my repeat prescription has failed to be sent to the pharmacy for collection. Despite me calling to order it 10 days in advance my prescription has either been sent to the wrong pharmacy (AGAIN) or has not been sent at all. The organization of this surgery is a shambles.
