The receptionist Sharon is amazing and I feel that she doesn't get enough credit for the hard work she always gives for me and others too whilst I been sat waiting to be seen by the doctors or nurse. Kerry is also very very good and easy to open up your personal problems with she makes me feel at ease and that's so much when you don't know weather your coming or going. this world of mental health issues is so confusing and I'm so àshàmed of the things that I have done if it wasn't for the staff at Sutherland center I'd be dead n burried . THANK YOU TO ALL YOU Staff FOR SAVING MY LIFE WEN I OVERDOSED AND YOU AND MY PARTNER CARL BODEN GOT AN AMBULANCE AND I LUCKILY PULLED THREW XXXXX REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP XX LORRAINE ESPLEY XXX

If i could give 0 i would!!!! Absolutely abysmal. Receptionists are rubbish, don't want to help and have no empathy for the patients. Told a patient who has been with them for 25 years, who is an elderly lady with a recent heart operation to walk to the practice because they could not give me an appointment for the afternoon to support the patient in getting there. Did not even let me book in advance for the next day or so, so that I was able to get a later appointment. Apparently it's not their practice. Disappointed and feel fuming about the disrespect of the arrogant receptionists!!!!
