Not sure words can express the level of service i recieved from Mike at Downend Motors!!!!!! Amazing is one of them, nothing was too much trouble i love my Mokka, thank you Mike Z

We had been looking for a suitable first car for daughter for a while all around the South West region. Decided to pop in to this local car dealer for a look. We met a fine gentleman called Mike, he was friendly and helpful. Luckily for us he had taken in an automatic 1.4 corsa in the last 24hrs. It was a locally owned, low mileage very tidy car, even though as Mike explained he hasn't yet had time to prepare it for advertising. We looked it over and asked for the price, another pleasant surprise it was very fairly priced, below what we had seen for similar models. He let us take it out for a test drive without any hesitation, he didn't even expect us to leave our car keys as collateral. The car is great, so we returned to do the deal with Mike. He assured us he would have it serviced, would put 12 months m.o.t. on and get it valeted ready for collection next weekend. I have to say, Mike made the whole process feel very trusting and positive. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a second hand car.

I can not recommend them more. Mike was fantastic. Went out of his way to help, offered some great advice and I can not thank him enough. So so happy with my car.

I made arrangements to view a car, only to be told when I got there,it was sold two days ago. Not impressed.
