NIGHTMARE!! Went to have a waxing before going on holiday. The shop was just a store room in basement of barbers. It was full of clutter and junk in same room as massage table. Halfway through the waxing she pulled out the razor and shaving foam.... and I was like WTF? She said it was taking too long and she had to hurry. So she charged me extra to finish the waxing, except she missed about 30% of the hair. Was left looking like I had a bush fire that someone tried to put out with an ice pick. Completely unprofessional. Environment was like a bin. Horrible. Doesn't somebody regulate places like this?

I suffer from chronic shoulder pain for extreme muscle tension which was targeted extremely well and thoroughly. When I was expecting my treatment over to my surprise my shoulder was back in the firing line and some 5 hours later I am pleased with how it is responding. Very often a massage can just be a routine but that is very definitely not the case here. A proper effective tailored treatment. Will definitely be back and would recommend highly. The only negative is the treatment room is in a basement and is a little cluttered and this is no reflection on the service. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
