Fantastic service, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I spoke with all three sales guys and all three were extremely helpful but thank you to Peter who is moving on.

Writing this review for my dad. The 430d is the second car my dad has bought from Peter Coyle at Hillington he is a true gentlemen and makes the whole process so easy he is very thorough and does not pressure you at all. Peter Coyle is a credit to BMW and deserves the recognition for it.

Needed a new key, staff very helpful Simon from the parts sorted it out arrived the next day. Great service.

What can be said when I purchased my bmw from Douglas Park Hillington because of the sheer incompetence of the sales staff I was informed by the area manager I would receive my first service free but when I phoned to book it in the service team did not have a clue what I was talking about then the sales manager from Hillington phoned me to explain he could not do anything as the area manager had not put any notes on the file these people cannot be trusted for a so called approved bmw garage this a disgrace bmw should take a close look at Douglas Park practices inc Douglas Park Hamilton who cannot even read a review properly as the last review was answered incorrectly and did not have the decency to investigate the proper complaint a total disgrace of lies from Douglas Park stay away

Weve recently purchased n X1, Jamie (Our sales guy) was absolutely amazing, He was honest from the onset, saving us money, listening to our needs and requirements and finding us the perfect car. When we eventually met him, he was super friendly, helpful and nothing ever seemed to much for him. Thank you Jamie for all your help and advise. You have been amazing. LOVE our X1!

Had to get my car towed here after it developed a major fault. Norrie instantly took charge of the situation and was extremely helpful and completely honest and realistic throughout the experience, which was much appreciated given the circumstances. Although I have been left disappointed with BMW on the whole after the ordeal, I have nothing but praise for Norrie and the team in Hillington.

Very friendly staff. And I am so happy with the service, car was washed and ready to go after my AdBlue system was fixed together with the ambient light on my door. (Asked in another BMW in Glasgow when I serviced the car but they missed it to my disappointment). This is the best BMW centre in the Glasgow area. Anyway I would recommend the BMW Douglas Park Hillington 10000 times and even more. Keep it up! And thank you😀

Phil has been absolutely excellent throughout the sales process, not pushy at all and took the time to make sure I really loved the car before committing. I had a couple of niggles after picking the car up but Phil really put my mind at ease and has arranged for them to be sorted quickly. Couldn't recommend this garage more.
