The salesmen are very attentive, and will always give you great advice as buying a car can be a daunting experience for anyone. The choice of cars is vast, and the service by staff is efficient and almost clinical. Will definitely buy from them again. Very pleased.

Damaged my rear windscreen wiper and wanted it to be fixed. I was told it would cost £99 just for someone to look at it for "diagnostics" - this would take all of 60 seconds. I previously queried a problem with my stop-start function, although I was told it was ok I spent £100 for nothing to be fixed and the problem still persists. I can understand a charge for diagnostics if tests need to be done but not for a windscreen wiper!! Will not go there again.

Service department are always fine unlike Hamilton but my last few cars have come from dealers down south because they were over 5k lower for the same new car

Excellent quality

Spoke with them to sell my car. Made an appointment over the phone and car Registration number been taken. Been there on time and they inspect (Scott) the car and told me to expect same day call for an offer. No phone call at all. After a week call myself they took my details with car registration number and been told I will get a call. No call in 4 weeks all together 5 weeks. Then I been to their showroom and spoke with Scott who done the inspection he told me his sales manager said they are not interested to buy this car. Why they did not inform me and keep me waiting when I asked Scott. He said it’s not up to him it his sales manager responsibility. I bought this car from them spend over 36k. Always had great service. But this time very disappointed. If they don’t buy it no problem but they took my registration number 3 times and inspect the car. If they don’t buy this car why they call me for inspection and done the inspection and waste my full 5 weeks with no information been provided. Really disappointed and I know they don’t care because they are big brand and name.

Staff were friendly and helped me choose the car that was right for my budget and requirements. Only issue was the time between order and delivery but the staff kept us updated regularly with the progress of our car build. It is a global problem so was expected and nothing to do with the branch themselves.

Excellent showroom with a very good range of cars available to view and test-drive. Particular shout-out to salesman John Mcleod, who sold us our new 5-Series. He was super attentive in terms of our test drive, taking the time to give my wife a tailored drive to test out the ride and smoothness of the car (her chief concern), and me a drive tailored more the overall performance and handling (my concern). We ended up getting a decent trade-in value for our old 3-Series, a satisfactory discount (when compared to What Car recommendations), and a deal done on the day for approx. Christmas delivery. Hoping the aftersales and delivery is as good!
