I checked in at 03:00 after a 20 hour long shift at work! Rosa was very pleasant and welcoming, my check in was speedy and professional even if the computer was not loading properly! The room was a pleasant surprise, and offered all of the amenities I would expect of a DoubleTree. The bed was comfortable and the ambience cozy. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I did have some issues connecting to the WiFi, which I didn't follow up as it was late, and the plug socket next to the bed was not working. I woke up expecting my phone to be fully charged, however it had not charged all night which was super inconvenient.

Stayed here twice before and found it really good, so expectations were high this time. Wasn't disappointed! Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are not exactly cavernous, but are really nice - temperature control on the wall which actually worked and made a difference (not always the case in some hotels!), a really comfortable bed, and well-equipped. Plenty of room in the carpark when we arrived late on Friday afternoon. It's expensive to park, but make sure you get reception to validate your ticket so that you pay the hotel rate, which is merely expensive, and not the rip-off Parking Eye rate, which is something which even Dick Turpin would've thought twice about...

5/ 5

This is an excellent hotel to stay. I have been to two more Hilton hotels within the last two months which have been a real disappointment. Nonetheless, the Ealing DoubleTree has some great folks with integrity that work there. The whole hotel is run with integrity in mind. During my stay I had to report a minor incident at the front desk and while the employee I reported it to did not do much to solve the issue, Jim (the night manager) went to great lengths to make it right. Furthermore, the A/C unit was working like clockwork whereas in some other hotels the A/C units are either out of order due to neglect or deliberately broken to save money. Apart from that, the room I was in was tidy and had a functioning mini fridge. Again I have noticed fridges being in rooms at other hotels but were broken. I will definitely come back to Ealing DoubleTree.

Just off the A406 and therefore easy to reach, ample parking (for a fee: £14 a day, which one would argue is quite reasonable) and easy accessibility to Central London and West End. Rooms are small (probably normal for London) but well furnished. Did not use the restaurant or order room service so cannot comment. In summary, reasonable for an overnight halt, specially if you are driving to London. Would stay again if convenient.

I had my wedding in double tree hilton back in June and my sister had her henna party last week. Ana and her team are amazing and their service is really good. They kept on checking to see everything was good through the event and if we were happy with everything. They were really helpful and friendly. However the only downside was the team who was at the reception of the hotel was not friendly and not helpful at all. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend to do an event at the hotel. Thanks to Ana and her team!

It was a nice and comfortable stay in a good location of travel links. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Service was a little slow however and I had to ask for a coffee I had ordered on arrival for breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes for service at the bar. Apart from that staff were attentive and enjoyed our stay.
