I had to chase a number of times to get them to call me. Was informed by Darren that Craig would call . Still no response despite chasing several times via calls and emails. Spoke to Darren last weeks who said his brother would call me back as he is on the phone. Still no response. Finally sent an email on the 22nd August asking if someone could call me by the end of business on the 23rd of August otherwise I will take my business to another local firm. No response. Very poor service.
