Outstanding quality doors and excellent service. From start to finish Mike and his team produced and fitted top quality doors, the detail and craftsmanship were second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for internal or external doors. Very happy customer, thank you Mike.

Absolutely superb service. I ordered 11 solid oak doors and they all arrived on the time agreed and in perfect condition. You can't beat good craftsmanship, and these guys are the best I could find hands down. Not sure what warrants the poor reviews, the after service has also been superb - thanks Mike!

What a Circus this place is! Not heard anyone one say a good word about these Clowns. Be very careful- Mike and his crew will take your Money and promise you the world- then leave you high and dry...

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. We ordered 3 x internal doors which were not cheap! (Approx £400 per door) in November and they are still not fitted.. The first batch were poorly finished with scratches, burn marks, glass leading all over the show, nails popping out of the beading, awful mitre joins on beading - just sub standard and frankly embarrassing. Plus the fitter just turned up unanouncedu with NO communication from Mike (The owner). I naturally refused them and sent them away...They then turned up before Xmas, completely unnanounced again (the communication is non existent once he's got your money) with EXACTLY the same faults as the first time around. Again, we sent them back in disbelief. Today they deliver the doors to me, once again with one damaged and sub standard and fitter has just called me and said he's not coming today as Mike didn't book him in for the job. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Poor quality of products, awful communication, very expensive and unbelievably unprofessional. I'm now going to pay a carpenter to fit these doors (even though I've paid Mike for installation) as I'm tired of the lies and more lies that this awful company spin you every time you call and complain. Absolute jokers. One last thing, as Now I've had the doors fitted...ALL 3 DOORS HAD TO BE CUT DOWN TO AIZE (Both height and width) so don't fall for the "Bespoke/made to measure sales flannel...and once again it's all a load of pony.

Don’t waste your time

We visited this shop .we were met by a very friendly man by the name of Mike he was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for him plenty of stock to choose from. I would highly recommend this this shop to anyone .

From start to finish we cannot fault this company. From choosing our beautiful traditional wooden stain glass front door and fan light to their installation was perfect. it was a great price and honestly ran by the loveliest of people. thanks again guys! check out our instagram @ivorhouse to see the front door x

Small but LOADS of stock, very helpful and friendly staff, have ordered doors from here and await them to be made and delivered, thanks 🙂🙂

Having paid up front, after 7 weeks, 2 visits, 2 no shows and innumerable calls with vague promises like “Monday”, “I’ll call you back to sort a time”, “call me in two days and we’ll sort a time” (only then to call back and be told he’ll get back to me—you get the gist), a threat of an insisted refund was what got them done. Are the doors nice? Sure. Are they what I wanted? Yep. Will I ever recommend these folks? Absolutely not. Caveat emptor. Do not engage with this person. Do not give this business your custom. Move on now. It is not worth the aggravation.

TERRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY - DO NOT USE! Ordered and paid for ten doors over eight weeks ago and still no sign of them! Never return calls. Constant lies about location of doors, even contradicting themselves - "are you at home on Friday for a delivery", "just waiting for 2 more to come in", "they are in our warehouse", "they are with manufacturer". Upon further investigation, it turns out the doors were never ordered from the manufacturer, proving all previous excuses as blatant lies! Luckily I have my money back (not easy), but I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company as they simply cannot be trusted!!
