Thank you for a job well done. Even though it was more complicated than original thought, and took a little longer than expected, i was kept informed at all times and was always asked if a decision needed to be made, and before any action was taken. All the staff from the initial showroom visit, through to the carpenters workmanship on installation was excellent. They are a pleasure to work with.The doors, windows and stained glass panels were marvelous and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a job well done!

Great company, very helpful and friendly staff

We purchased and had fitted a front door in October 2012. A fault occurred in February 2013 and was subsequently reported to them. A replacement door was promised. For 4 months we were given various excuses "door isn't in stock", "wrong door has been sent", "door is no longer manufactured", "found one in stock and will be despatched". In July was told door has been delivered. We turned up to see door and was told by the owner that it was at another site. Eventually the owner admitted that it hadn't been delivered! Owner promised to have a door custom made and when arrived to measure up refused to replace door and insisted on repairing. We accepted the repair on the understanding that if repair ineffective then door would be replaced. We requested this in writing on 4 occasions and 4 weeks later we are still waiting. Received no communication from company. We had to make every phone call and email. Not only did we have a bad experience but so did a relative.

Excellent customer support. Always willing to help. Whilst in Lock down they provided a click and collect type service. I needed a small piece of cut glass for my door and they had it ready to collect next day. They always seem happy to advise and give options to you. Will always recommend. Many Thanks.
