Excellent service on a number of occasions from Doors & Floors, Blaydon. Staff very helpful, although special mention to Neil who has been (poor lad!) fantastic throughout our visits and when we've called for advice.

The best value for doors a nd floors. The staff are nice ahd pleasant let you brows and they offer good advice. The floor fitters are the best they overcome any problems.

Spent £2,500 on flooring- returned one unused box-I was informed because of a little tick on the invoice (Which was not given verbally) they would not refund this. After 30 years running companies you can always tell by the customer service exactly the type of company and where they are going. Beware! After reading your response, I would clarify that I was quite happy with the service and materials you provided, and that you supplied the additional items that I required The scathing review as you described it, related to your post payment policies. Unfortunately you chose to defend your firm with a lot of untruths about my apparent attitude and the conversation at the time of the purchase . Maybe you should change the "Customer is always right" by adding "until after they pay"

Good service and a good range of flooring/doors etc. Family run business which i feel gives excellent customer service nothing is too much trouble. I normally speak to Neil or Sam and you are always treat like a friend rather than a customer. I have purchased numerous doors/skirting/flooring and staircse from here and have never encountered any problems. Would definitely use again .

Neil was great helping me out with the right flooring for our home He had a vast knolage of the products on site and they were very well layed out in a squared meter helping to see exactly how they look rather than a few planks On display in other outlets They have prices for every budget and there's always a deal to be done Neil give me a great deal better than b&q and homebase with free next day delivery what's not to like If your looking for a quality wooden flooring at a really good competitive price look here firs you will not be disappointed

I quite literally can not describe how great Liam and the team have been through our floor finding process! They really are second to none, helpful, approachable and friendly. We’ve mainly dealt with Liam who was always very professional and knew exactly how to help, even at times giving our builder floor laying advice. Top business with top staff!

Excellent customer service by Alex in the shop, he led us to some great flooring at a competitive price. Alec and Wayne fit our floor and those guys definitely know their business. I will continue to use this company for my flooring needs from now on.
