Door Superstore plymouth

Think twice before using Door Superstore. Their customer service is terrible, promising to return calls on multiple occasions, then hearing nothing. All items took twice the stated delivery time, causing me cancellation fees with my fitter. And to top it off, when I was finally contacted to arrange delivery, it turns out the doors could’ve been delivered earlier, but Door Superstore hadn’t processed the order, they’d sat on it for over a week. Oh, and they’ll only deliver to the door step, which wasn’t explained at the point of order, good job I wasn’t a frail OAP or heavily pregnant woman! The only reason why they get one star is the fact they stocked a slightly unusual size, but now I know, in future I’ll order direct with the manufacturer, and cut out all the stress I’ve experienced with Door Superstore

Delivery in less than 48 hours. Doors were well made and my builder commented on how good the quality was.

Fantastic service. We ordered a door that we unfortunately couldn't use, they suggested an alternative, which we have now ordered, they arranged the collection of the previous door. Answered all our questions and replied very promptly. We would highly recommend this company. Customer service 10/10
