Ordered for delivery 1st time and 1.25l diet drink was swapped for a different 500ml non-diet drink, the only explanation from the driver was "I don't have your drink". Second time no card payments would go through and the website said the order was unsuccessful. Might be because there's no option to set a different billing address to the delivery address. Then the pizza arrived and I was charged anyway, after I'd already made food. Third time was fine. Forth time same payment problem, tried to call to confirm but just keept ringing and no one answers.

Put in an order at 19:06 and at 19:57 they changed the status to delivered... when it had barely left the store. Now its 20:28 and I asked where it was and they say the driver must have accidentally hit delivered on the order. This isn't the first time its happened... have Domino's another chance instead of a great deliveroo place i use every couple of weeks. The store manager told me there was no policy in place for late deliveries and he didn't offer me anything like a free pizza etc on account for the future. Won't be using again

Delivery took an hour to which I cancelled, person over the phone seemed to think it was completely normal to wait that long. As other reviewers have stated, the driver had recorded the pizza as delivered on the tracker when in reality I was still waiting for my delivery. Cancellation and refund was a pain, it took over a week for the refund to go through after several calls and emails. I received no apology from the store or the head office. Just awful.
